About CRE Circuit

The problem

If you're in business development for a supplier, vendor, or brokerage serving the commercial real estate industry, you already know this feeling: checking eight different association calendars, bookmarked across browser tabs, just to figure out which events are actually worth showing up to this month.

BOMA has one calendar. CREW has another. Your local CREDA chapter, WMFHA, ULI, IREM — each one manages its own site, its own format, its own idea of what counts as a "featured event." Nothing talks to anything else. And the events that matter most — the ones where real relationships get built — are easy to miss simply because nobody has time to check nine websites every week.

Why CRE Circuit exists

CRE Circuit pulls all of it into one place: a single, filterable feed of the commercial real estate networking events that actually matter, across every major association in your market.

No more guessing which calendar to check. No more missing a golf tournament or an awards gala because it was buried on a site you hadn't opened in three weeks. Just one feed, curated to surface the events worth your time.

Built by someone who lived the problem

Dawn Hong, founder of CRE Circuit

CRE Circuit was founded by Dawn Hong, a business development professional who spent years doing exactly what you're doing now — juggling relationships across BOMA, CREW, WMFHA, and half a dozen other associations, trying to keep track of where to show up next.

The idea was simple: if this is a real problem for one BD person, it's a real problem for everyone doing this work. CRE Circuit is built specifically for people like you — trade vendors, suppliers, and brokerage business development teams — who need to know where the industry is gathering, not just that it's gathering somewhere.

What we believe

Your time is the scarce resource. We're not trying to be another feed to check — we're trying to replace the eight you're already checking.

Curation matters more than volume. We don't just scrape every calendar and dump it in a list. We focus on the signature events — the ones people actually attend — not recurring committee meetings or generic monthly lunches that clutter up association calendars.

This is a living project. CRE Circuit currently covers Seattle and Portland, with more markets on the way as demand grows. If your market isn't covered yet, let us know — that's exactly the kind of signal that shapes where we go next.

Have a question, a market request, or an event we should know about? Get in touch — we'd love to hear from you.
